In a world that is ever-changing and uncertain, anxiety and depression are on the rise. Here is an opportunity to gain a deeper understanding of this complex issue, along with practical suggestions from experts in the field. This Seminar will attempt to outline:
- What causes anxiety
- Signs and symptoms
- How to help yourself, or a loved one, living with anxiety
A panel of qualified Counsellors and Psychologists will answer your questions and provide practical advice on coping with anxiety.

This course is aimed at helping parents of children aged between 0-10 years. Whilst the course is based on Christian principles, it is relevant and helpful for any parent — with or without a Christian faith.
The course involves coffee & dessert, a practical talk on parenting via DVD, group discussion time and a workbook with helpful information and exercises. Topics covered include — Building Strong Foundations; Love in Action; Building Character; Setting Boundaries; and Long Term Aims.

The Parenting Children Course will be facilitated by Rev. Craig Mills & Heather Gresham. It will take place on Tuesday evenings over 5 weeks.
